Accompanied by buttered basmati rice and julienne of fresh garden vegetables.

Eggplant Parmesan
Thick cut eggplant, breaded and pan fried to perfection. Layered with Shane’s signature marinara sauce
and fresh mozzarella cheese. Served with julienne of fresh garden vegetables.

Lemon & Dill Wild Salmon
Pan-seared fresh salmon, topped with a lemon/dill glaze.
Served with buttered basmati rice and julienne of fresh garden vegetables.

Garlic Crusted Prime Rib of Beef
Seasoned to perfection and slow-roasted prime rib, served au jus
Served with a baked potato, and julienne of fresh garden vegetables.

Tickets are $49.05 per person (sales tax included). Includes four-course dinner and show.
